FIRST presence in EFMA Customer Week 2013

FIRST will be presented in EFMA Customer Week in Paris in April 23-25. FIRST will be represented by two speeches and will have a stand to present our last findings during the whole 3 days of the event.

The consortium has launched the first running prototype that can extract and analyze sentiment from social media networks in near real-time. The highly promising event detection and prediction capabilities have been enthusiastically welcomed by industry professionals in the financial domain.

The FIRST Consortium meeting in Slovenia has been a success, not only because of the quality of the presentations and demos, or of the presence of representatives of the Bank of Slovenia and Nova KBM, but for the beautiful city, landscape and bonding between the participants.

  • D1.2 Case studies requirements
  • D2.1. Technical requirements and state-of.-the-art.

A must read for those interested on the scope of the project from the financial (D1.1 and D1.2) and technical perspectives (D2.1).
